ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: There are no refunds for any original paintings you purchase. We take great care in packaging & protecting your investment into our paintings so that they arrive to you safely.
If by chance your package does arrive damaged please contact us immediately via our CONTACT US page through our website within 24hrs of receiving your shipment. If you do not CONTACT US within the 24hrs of receiving your damaged shipment then your complaint is 100% null and void. You must provide us proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged painting. Once we review your damage complaint and approve it we will send you an email on how to return the damaged painting to us Free of Charge and issue you a Store Credit / Exchange for equal or lesser value Painting
FINE ART PRINTS: There is no refunds for any PRINTS you purchase, Only STORE CREDIT or Exchange for equal or lesser value Prints if your Print arrives to you damaged. We take great care in packaging & protecting your investment into the Prints you purchased so that they arrive to you safely. If by chance your package arrives with damage you must CONTACT US immediately through our Contact Us page on our website within 24hrs of receiving the Print(s).
